Question by Adam R: Are the broncos and the news anaylist not seeing what they are doing?
Not dissing Manning but when Tebow leaves the Broncos running game is done.Last year the defenses didn’t know where the run was coming from…….not this year.Also Payton has to realize he wont have great receivers like Wayne and Clark.Heck the broncos don’t even have a decent Tightend.Payton is a hall of famer but he still will need someone to get open.I don’t think the broncos are going to be as good as people think.People forget that with good recievers in indy that Payton had 16 interceptions in 2009 and 17 interceptions in 2010.

I just think that people are thinking that this guy is still 30 years old and has reggie wayne Dallas Clark and Marvin Harrison.what they are getting is a man who hasn’t started in a year maybe 2 by the time starting season comes around has had 3 neck surgeries and couldn’t turn his neck to the left

When Tebow leaves the Broncos running game is done? LOL. No. The offensive line will stay solid and McGahee is still there. Teams KNEW the Broncos would be running the ball most of the time last year and STILL couldn’t stop them,
Of course Manning doesn’t have in Denver what he had in Indianapolis…right now. But Denver has the money to get him players he’ll need to win another Super Bowl. Decker and Thomas are great young superstars though and they will be staying. Daniel Fells (TE) might not be around too much longer because he’s just an average TE in the NFL, so look for Denver to replace him with somebody better soon.
I think it’s still a good move for Denver. Unless Manning gets severely hurt again, which I don’t think will happen (he’s as strong now as ever), Denver will have a very good season and will be a threat in the AFC for years to come, especially with the improving defense of theirs with all those pass rushers.

=Wrong. Decker and Thomas are two of the best young and upcoming receivers in the entire league. They have had very good starts to their careers and will only get better. You watch.
10-6 or 11-5 for Denver next year.
